KEMRI Engineering Technologist - Buildings Jobs in Kenya


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify repair and maintenance requirements and report to supervisor.

  • Prepare repair and maintenance schedules.

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance for buildings and related infrastructure.

  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

    Vacancy Requirements

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution (Mandatory).

  • Bachelor of Quantity Surveying will be an added advantage (Mandatory).

  • Proficiency in computer applications (Mandatory).

  • Communication and reporting skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Teamwork and collaboration abilities.
