Kempinski Hotels Marketing Executive Jobs in Kenya


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the marketing office.

  • Coordinate and arrange appointments and schedules.

  • Maintain filing system and handle phone calls.

  • Manage daily correspondence and financial documents such as purchase orders and expense claims.

  • Handle agencies/vendors invoices and act as point of contact for billing matters.

  • Assist Marketing Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing in creating and implementing marketing activities including collateral, promotions, advertising, market analysis, shoots, content creation, editing, posting, and social media calendar.

  • Maintain hotel listings in online and offline media.

  • Handle site inspections and plan direct marketing activities (on‑ and offline).

  • Maintain guest database for mailings.

  • Liaise with F&B department to promote outlets.

  • Assist in creation of media and marketing plan.

  • Conduct competition checks and benchmarking regularly.

  • Create office presentations, giveaways, and collateral.

  • Upload and maintain picture storage/distribution systems (Picture Park).

  • Provide content and images for websites according to CI guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines and update colleagues.

  • Attend marketing‑related meetings.

  • Support development of hotel marketing budget and update figures periodically.

  • Communicate
    and coordinate with internal departments, PR, web, creative agencies, and suppliers.

  • Stay updated with latest hotel activities, promotions, and rates.

    Qualifications / Work Experience

  • Academic Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Communication, or Marketing.

  • Professional Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position.

  • Professional Excellent oral and written English skills.

  • Professional Knowledge of marketing basics and graphic/print technical terms.

  • Professional Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Professional Knowledge of creative programs such as Photoshop, InDesign (advantage).
