KEDA Kenya Ceramics Company Limited Sales Specialist Jobs in Kenya;With the introduction of the daily‑use porcelain product line and the additional sales activities required for this category, KEDA Ceramics International Ltd is seeking an additional Sales Specialist to support business growth.
The successful candidate will identify and follow up on sales opportunities, convert prospects into customers and expand the customer base.
The role will work closely with the existing sales team to accelerate growth and contribute to overall departmental development.
Key Responsibilities
Market and sell ceramic products to retailers, distributors and wholesalers.
Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities and customer segments.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, client visits, market research and data collection.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales in line with company policies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences and pricing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, prospects and market feedback.
Collaborate with showroom, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor sales orders and provide clients with timely information.
Deliver invoices and documentation to facilitate timely payments.
Follow up
on prospective customers and convert qualified leads into sales.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in ceramics or related industry.
Experience selling ceramic plates, bowls, cups, sanitary ware, tiles or related building/finishing products.
Strong knowledge of ceramic product types, sizes, finishes, applications and market segments.
Proven ability to develop new customers, generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to use CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Flexible to work Monday–Saturday and comfortable with extensive fieldwork and frequent client visits.
