KCB Bank Sahl Relationship Manager, Kimathi Street Branch & Gateway Branch Jobs in Kenya

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead customer relations, both corporate and retail.

Drive Shari’ah‑compliant product sales and cross‑sell other basket products as per targets.

Liaise with Relationship teams and Retail Branch network to grow the business.

Implement risk management measures to mitigate losses such as frauds and revenue leakages.

Train and develop branch staff.

Ensure proper documentation and administration of Shari’ah‑compliant portfolios.

Manage PAR (Portfolio at Risk) as per set targets.

Lead, manage, grow, and maintain the SAHL book.

Maintain and grow existing SAHL customers through enhanced relationships.

Achieve set targets in terms of numbers and values for both liabilities and assets.

Monitor and manage SAHL customer complaints, review service delivery standards, and position staff to maintain the highest service standards.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

Islamic Banking Certification is an added advantage.

Minimum of three (3) years’ general work experience.

At least two (2) years’ experience in Banking Operations.

At least two (2) years’ Shari’ah banking experience.

At least two (2) years’ experience in Credit.

At least two (2) years’ experience in Sales & Relationships.
