KCB Bank Sahl Relationship Manager Jobs in Kenya

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead customer relations (corporate and retail)

Drive Shari’ah compliant product sales and cross-sell basket products as per targets

Liaise with Relationship teams and Retail Branch network to grow business

Manage risk to mitigate losses (frauds, revenue leakages)

Train and develop branch staff

Ensure proper documentation and administration of Shari’ah compliant portfolios

Manage PAR (Portfolio at Risk) as per set targets

Lead, manage, grow, and maintain the SAHL book

Maintain and grow existing SAHL customers through enhanced relationships

Achieve set targets in liabilities and assets (numbers and values)

Monitor and manage SAHL customer complaints, review service delivery standards, and position staff to maintain highest service standards
