KCB Bank Relationship Manager Coast Region Jobs in Kenya;The Relationship Manager – Coast Region will execute the corporate business strategy in line with the overall Corporate Banking Strategy to optimize customer experience and profitability.

The role involves managing high‑value corporate relationships, driving sustainable growth, and delivering innovative financial solutions tailored to the Coast Region market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the Corporate Coast Region Business strategy to optimize customer experience and profitability.

  • Grow and retain a portfolio of high‑value corporate relationships through proactive management.

  • Deliver innovative and customized financial solutions to meet client needs.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, managers and stakeholders.

  • Drive cross‑selling of products across business units including Retail Banking, Treasury and Digital Financial Services.

  • Champion seamless and trusted customer service to ensure retention and loyalty.

  • Maintain detailed understanding of Coast Region economic drivers, opportunities and risks.

  • Facilitate timely submission of quality credit proposals in line with Credit Policy.

  • Maintain portfolio quality within stipulated NPL and PAR parameters.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed Account Plans for each client.

    Requirements

  • University degree from a recognized institution.

  • Professional qualifications (CPA,
    ACCA, AKIB) an added advantage.

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in financial services/banking, with 4 years in Relationship Management.

  • Knowledge of Corporate Banking in the Coast Region desirable.

  • Strong understanding of economic and regulatory environment.

  • Excellent knowledge of Credit Policy and Financial Analysis.

  • Familiarity with Corporate Banking products including Trade, Cash Management, Asset Finance and Investor Services.

  • Strong analytical, presentation and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proven track record in networking, sales, marketing and stakeholder management.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
