KCB Bank Mortgage Performance Analyst Jobs in Kenya;Support the Director Mortgage in implementing leadership, management, growth, and profitability of the Mortgage Business. Ensure efficient operational risk management, customer service, and sales culture. Provide financial analysis, data management, and budget support to line managers.

Key Responsibilities (not more than 10)

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis of division performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.

  • Extract, generate, and maintain mortgage data from EDWH, T24, Tranzware, Mobireg, BPM, and Credit Quest, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Apply financial analysis techniques to advise business partners and management for improved results.

  • Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement, and variance analysis; develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.

  • Review monthly expenses, evaluate cost/income ratios, and recommend cost‑saving measures.

  • Ensure timely submission of quarterly reports to KMRC and other scheme administrators.

  • Maintain productivity dashboards for mortgage relationship managers and regional teams.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to benchmark mortgage products.

  • Perform in‑depth performance analysis by sector, productivity, customer service, and controls, translating data into actionable insights.

  • Advise the Director Mortgage on divisional performance, business targets, and progress of key initiatives.

    Daily Responsibilities (not
    more than 5)

  • Analyse business data daily to monitor staff productivity.

  • Monitor Regional Manager’s diary and advise on changes or follow‑ups.

  • Respond to routine correspondence from branches and Head Office.

  • Follow up on pending issues with branches to ensure closure.

  • Promptly distribute incoming mails to Regional Managers.

    Qualifications / Work Experience

  • Academic Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (required).

  • Academic Master’s Degree in a business‑related field (advantage).

  • Professional Qualifications such as AKIB, CPA(K), ACCA (advantage).

  • Professional Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in performance analysis, financial analysis, and budget forecasting.
