Brief Description

The role holder will perform required duties under KCB foundation.

The primary role will be to support the small businesses in marketing, planning and brand creation

Detailed Description

Supporting the businesses in the program to draft comprehensive business plans

Train the businesses in the program on different modes of sales

Supporting the businesses in the program to come up with good business names

Supporting the businesses in the program to come up with proper logos

Supporting the businesses in the program to develop proper brand names and identification for their products

Supports the business in the program in tendering

Support the businesses in doing government bids

Train the business in the program on customer acquisition

Support the businesses in the program in creating of a social media presence, through by opening for them business Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts

Support the businesses in the program in creating of a web presence, through by opening for them business websites

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
Professional Marketing Qualifications are an added advantage

At least 1 - 2 experience in marketing, business development, product development and social media marketing

Good command of spoken and written English and Kinyarwanda

Self-driven individual who works efficiently under minimum supervision
Ability to facilitate learning in others
