KCB Bank Manager, Partnerships Card Issuing Jobs in Kenya;To develop and manage strategic partnerships that drive card issuing growth and customer acquisition, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage performance of card issuing partners.

  • Deliver innovative card solutions in collaboration with product, sales, operations, and risk teams.

  • Strengthen partner relationships to maximize portfolio profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

  • Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth through strategic partnerships.

  • Monitor and report on partner performance against commercial objectives.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in partnerships, card issuing, or financial services.

  • Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and delivering growth.

  • Strong understanding of card issuing processes, compliance, and risk management.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
