KCB Bank Direct Sales Representative - Takaba Jobs in Kenya



Key Responsibilities

  • Source prospective customer leads from referrals, cross‑selling opportunities, sales activations, or bank‑provided leads

  • Explain product features to prospective customers in line with product guidelines and fair treatment standards

  • Guide customers on completing applications for desired products

  • Review applications and documentation for accuracy

  • Authenticate customer details by checking originals against photocopies (e.g., National ID, passports)

  • Forward completed applications to Sales Manager or Retail Support Team within 24 hours of customer sign‑off

  • Prospect customers for other bank products suitable to their needs

  • Ensure safe custody of customer documents under care

  • Forward customer feedback or complaints to Sales/Branch Manager

  • Share market information from the field with leadership to improve products and provide regular sales reports

    Qualifications & Profile

  • Recent graduate with a Diploma or University degree from a recognized institution

  • Minimum KCSE mean grade of C‑ (Minus)

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Passion and commitment to quality service

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines

  • Experience in sales or client relationship management an added advantage
