KCB Bank Digital Support Specialist Jobs in Kenya ; To provide technical support for digital channels (Agency, Mobiloan, Internet Banking, Mobi, C2B, MTS, Channel Manager), ensure secure and efficient implementation of related projects, and deliver robust business solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for existing digital channels and related projects.

  • Deliver business solutions that are well tested and rolled out without disrupting processes.

  • Work closely with IT Security to secure money transfer services and implement SSL/encryption certificates.

  • Roll out business solutions with proper testing, processes, and user training.

  • Recommend and implement upgrades or changes for performance, security, or business benefits.

  • Provide first‑level IT training and support to users, track issues, and oversee resolution.

  • Develop subject matter expertise in mobile, digital commerce, and payment banking technologies.

  • Continuously analyze user requirements to develop solutions.

  • Enhance and develop new channels for customer service delivery.

  • Maintain system configurations, user documentation, and business continuity plans.

  • Ensure compliance with SLAs with system vendors.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Mathematics.

  • Professional certification in ITIL, Linux, or Oracle Database Administration is an advantage.

  • Master’s degree in computer or business‑related field; Project Management is an added advantage.
