Key Responsibilities

  • Implement corporate sales strategy in financial services aligned with overall treasury strategy.

  • Achieve profitability targets through revenue maximization and prudent cost management.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, line managers and stakeholders.

  • Champion consistent, seamless and trusted customer service to drive retention and loyalty.

  • Organize and plan prospective client calls to manage relationships.

  • Cross‑sell treasury products to existing and new clients, liaising with relevant business units.

  • Drive treasury revenue within Corporate Banking.

  • Provide custom‑made solutions to clients and designated sectors.

  • Actively market defined products (Spot FX, Forwards, Options, Swaps, Delivery vs Payment solutions).

  • Manage and ensure timely booking of forex transactions through core banking and electronic trading platforms.

  • Advise staff on FX operations and best practice.

  • Monitor market trends and identify potential revenue growth areas.

  • Relay important market information promptly to manage risk and maximize gains.

  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

    Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

  • ACI Dealing Certificate (mandatory).

  • Master’s degree in relevant field is an advantage.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Treasury Sales within banking/financial services.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Corporate Banking operations and products.

  • Minimum 3 years’ commercial awareness with ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Experience in trading and structuring FX derivatives (forwards, swaps, options) for at least 2 years is an advantage.

  • Working knowledge of Reuters and Bloomberg platforms is an advantage.
