Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve profitability targets through revenue maximisation and prudent cost management.

  • Grow and monitor branch liability and asset portfolios to achieve business targets.

  • Expand the customer base and ensure retention of existing customers through high levels of satisfaction and cross‑selling.

  • Manage overall branch operations through efficient resource utilization.

  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining high service standards.

  • Ensure compliance with the Enterprise‑Wide Risk Management Framework.

  • Motivate, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.

  • Champion digital migration within the branch.

    The Person

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field from a recognized institution.

  • Cash Management Training is required.

  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ general banking experience, with at least two (2) years at Branch Manager level.

  • At least six (6) months’ experience in Branch Operations (Cash, Clearing, Accounts, and Administration).
