Job Summary

  • Must be numerate with high level digital and desktop publishing skills.

    Job Responsibilities

    He/She will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring a reporting manager's email and responding if required

  • Preparing communications on behalf of a manager Answering phone calls

  • Organising travel and itineraries

  • Organising and planning meetings

  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings

  • Conducting or preparing any research as assigned

    Requirements

  • She/He must have a BSc in any field,

  • Minimum of 1-year experience,

  • Must possess good communication skills,

  • Must be smart, personable and intelligent.
