Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recording and confirming appointments;

  • Recording visitor’s personal details;

  • Receiving and guiding visitors;

  • Issuing visitors passes;

  • Handling routine enquiries;

  • Making, receiving and directing telephone calls; and

  • Logging calls in the telephone calls register.

    Job Requirements

  • Certificate in Public Relations and Customer Care; Customer Service; Front Office; Telephone Operators Occupation Tests/PABX or equivalent
    qualification from a recognized institution;

  • Have certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution;

  • Be fluent in both oral, written English and Kiswahili; and

  • Have basic sign language;

  • Fulfill requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
