Duties and Responsibilities

• Handling simple tasks of analytical nature;

• Capturing and inputting data in the HR system;

• Compiling and updating employee’s records;

• Inputting payroll data;

• Drafting routine correspondence;

• Processing leave applications;

• Compiling routine reports;

• Processing employee claims.

Job Requirements

  • A Diploma in any of the following disciplines:

    • Human Resource Management/Development; Personnel Management; Industrial Relations; Business Administration; Business Management; Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

    OR

    • A Certified Public Secretary Part II or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

    • A Certificate in Computer applications from a recognized institution;

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills;

    • Fulfill requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
