Job Description

Job Summary

Undertake all sales activities including providing correct information & price to customers, preparing Performa invoice, following & facilitating all tender participation activities. And more over maintains good sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Providing correct & sufficient information to customers about the product and service of the company with proper communication skills.

Providing information and suggestions to the marketing department about the customers, customer handling system and related issues from the customer feedback.

Participate on bid & facilitate bid document preparation.

Prepare Performa invoice and & follow up to close sales.

Facilitate customer orders & payment collections.

Maintains adequate record of customer documents,

Perform any other related tasks assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

BA Degree in Marketing Management

Experience:

Minimum two years of experience in advertising sector.

Additional Qualifications:

Proficiency in English both writing and speaking is essential

Excellent communication skill

Able to work under pressure
