Kakira Sugar Superintendent - Maintenance - Sweet Factory Jobs in Uganda

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacancies in the company.

Job Title:

Superintendent - Maintenance Sweets Factory

Duties:

Supervising and monitoring the mechanical shift technicians in order to achieve the production targets.

Planning and carrying out planned preventive maintenance in the Sweets factory

Maintaining and upgrading records of machine breakdown as per ISO 9001-2015.

Qualifications:

Applicants should be holders of Bachelors Deg Mechanical Engineering obtained from a reputable University

However, applicants with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with practical relevant experience in confectionary industry may also apply.

Computer knowledge is essential

Knowledge of confectionery machines e.g. Flat Lollipop, Ball Lollipop, Ball Wrapping Machine etc. is added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 to 15 years experience in confectionery industry.
