Key Responsibilities

  • To organise, allocate and monitor pool vehicular / machine movement within and outside
    the yard.
  • Ensure good housekeeping in the yard
  • Prepare and supply batched concrete to respective sites.
  • Supply any other materials to sites as may be deemed necessary.
  • Update and advise management / civil engineer on material requirement in the yard.
  • Ensure that good quality materials are supplied to the section.
  • Ensure good housekeeping practices in the yard (i.e. stacking of materials and storage of
    scrapped items).
  • Ensure that all machines / vehicles maintain a dully filled log book.
  • Maintain daily movement permit of all the pool vehicles.
  • Ensure that all vehicles have a proper maintenance schedule.

    Complying With Safety Measures.

  • Adhere to the safety, health and environment policy of the
    company.

    Other duties.

  • Perform any other related duties as maybe assigned by Carpentry Superintendent/Management from time to time.

    Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience

    Education:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

    Experience, Skills and Competences:

  • Proven experience of minimum 5 years at supervisory level.

  • 4 years’ experience for candidates with Advanced Craft.
  • Knowledge of building crafts in carpentry and joinery
  • Good supervisory skills
  • Good communication skills
