KAAF Specialist Hospital Pharmacy Technician Jobs in Nigeria

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our fast-paced, dynamic hospital pharmacy team.

This role is essential in supporting the Pharmacist and ensuring the accurate, safe, and timely delivery of pharmaceutical care to both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Requirements

Strong organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills for precise dosage calculations and inventory control.

Proficiency in hospital inventory software (IHMS) and Microsoft Excel for tracking stock levels and records.

High attention to detail for accurate dispensing, labeling, and record-keeping in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Ability to work collaboratively with the Pharmacist, clinical teams, and administrative staff.

Qualifications

Recognized post-secondary qualification, with a minimum requirement of a National Certificate in Education (NCE) or relevant technical certification in Pharmacy Technician Studies.

Valid Practice License issued by the relevant regulatory authority.

Prior practical experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and IHMS is an added advantage.
