hadero coffee company, is on the process of establishing coffee roasting factory at Jackros (Bole Sub City) , Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. hadero plan to add value on green coffee and supply to local and international market. hadero is looking for highly motivated and experience personnel to fill the following position.

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a full secretarial and administrative support service to the General Manager as well as other managers.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintains the diary and arrange appointments as necessary.
  • Types reports and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources.
  • Screens and responds to all incoming telephone calls and takes action as appropriate.
  • Drafts routine correspondence for approval and signature by General Manager and other managers.
  • Receives visitors to the office.
  • Opens and distributes post.
  • Maintains the office filing
    system and all personnel records.
  • Makes all travel arrangements for General Manager and other managers.
  • Makes arrangements for any meetings required by the General Manager and other managers.
  • Operates standard office equipment such as word processor, photocopier, etc.
  • Performs any other duties as may be assigned

    Job Requirements

    Qualification Requirement

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science or other related fields

    Experience: 3 years or 1 years of relevant work experience for diploma and bachelor’s degree holders respectively in secretarial duties.

    Additional requirements:

  • Good organizing skill
  • Ability to work with teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – builds good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication and IT fluency
