Job Description

Major Responsibilities

  • Supervise and control all catering outlets in a hotel to the required standards, within agreed budgetary limits and parameters of the hotel

  • Liaise with all clients, ascertaining their requirements and co-ordinating these needs to ensure the successful execution of functions.

  • Provide an effective system of control which protects the financial structure of the hotel.

  • To ensure that hygiene standards in all areas far exceed commonly accepted standards.

  • To ensure that service personnel are always correctly and smartly dressed, that they offer professional and courteous service to their customers.

  • To attend customer complaints on time.

  • To ensure that reports and administration requirements are timely submitted.

  • To be fully aware of trends in the industry and make suggestions for improvement of the catering operation.

    Job Requirements

    Qualification Requirements

  • BA Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field of studies.

  • Minimum of 3 years for degree or 5 years for diploma related experience.

  • Committed to company and professional core values.

  • Able to engage team and guests effectively.

  • Flexible work schedule.

  • Good Interpersonal skills.
