Job Summary:

Our client a 5 star hotel based in the safe Amisom Greenzone – Mogadishu International Airport is looking to employ a Pastry / Hot kitchen Chef with good working experience in a similar role.

Duties

  • Preparing pastries and different sauce
  • Mixing and baking ingredients according to recipes
  • Pastry baker will prepare and bake different types of pastries
  • Pastry bakers will check the quality of the ingredients and make sure the equipment is working properly
  • Prepare and cook meals
  • Follow menu instructions
  • Ensure high standards and quality of food

    Qualifications / Skills:
  • Passionate about your work/food
    Creative, team player
  • Good knowledge of preparing different pastries and meals

    Relevant Qualifications
  • Travel passport is a must
  • Accommodation, meals and travel logistics will be provided for
  • Leave is after 6 months
