  • KENDRICK RECRUITMENT is seeking a Junior Lodge Assistant

  • Service and hospitality for maximum 10 guests at the safari lodge. On occasion, but never in conjunction with lodge, up to 25 guests service and hospitality at a tented bush camp.

    Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests after activities

  • Room checks

  • Lodge set up and maintain BOP

  • Meal set up and service in dining area or bush

  • Pool cleanliness and watering lawn

  • POS recordings

    Minimum Requirements

  • Must be willing to get hands dirty with groundskeeping and bush delights set up

  • Formal hospitality training advantageous

  • Driver’s licence essential

    Package offering

  • Accommodation in the form of a private room in a house shared with another staff
    member

  • Shared fully equipped kitchen

  • Shared bathroom

  • Transport provided when on shift

  • Meals not included

  • Shift work, 8-9hrs per day

  • 4 weeks on 7 days off

  • 3 sets of uniform per season

  • Salary DoE; min R4 500.00/month

  • Start date: Immediate
