    Main Responsibilities

  • You will shape the way we manage and animate thousands of sellers, and use all your levers to make them grow while ensuring their operation excellence to protect our CXP. You position willl entail:

    Reaching your targets on:

  • NMV

  • PC1% services

  • % of sellers with a score above 75%

    Managing 2 departments:

  • Acquisition & Incubation: responsible for acquiring and managing for the 1st month our seller base. Find the right balance between quality and quantity of leads, and make sure your seller can grow with the
    least individual support.

  • Jr KAM: managing closely your marketplace vendors showing the most potential, massively communicating with our sellers, ensuring the engagement of our base though different communication channels.

  • Maintaining a good allocation of our sellers and ensuring that targets and bonus are properly calculated and paid on time.

  • Contributing to the optimization of all our systems and helping on the good execution of our tech road map.

    This implies:

  • Sales Force

  • Seller Coach

  • Seller Center (stock, price & content management platform for our sellers)

  • Powerbi weekly business review

    Leading all the vendors animation routine

  • Communication plan (all channels) - including Walkme

  • Organization of offline events

  • Organization of vendor challenges, etc..

    Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 6-8 years’ work experience in leading a business unit, major functional program, ideally with full P&L responsibility and commercial / business development focus

  • Proven skills in creating forecasts, budget planning, target setting, detailed reporting

  • Proven track record in business development at scale, covering project management and potentially also sales/account management

  • General manager/owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive

  • Strong ability to operate in a matrix environment, collaborate with various stakeholders in different locales and functions effectively, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Deep understanding of eCommerce/Marketplace
