Responsibilities include gathering and analysing business requirements, designing workflows, coding small‑scale solutions and supporting system enhancements. The role demands strong technical expertise, coding and scripting capabilities, and the ability to bridge technical teams with business stakeholders.

Academic Background & Relevant Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field.

  • Certifications in programming and systems domains (OCP Java, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Agile) are an advantage.

  • Experience with programming languages (Java, JavaScript, PL/SQL).

  • Familiarity with relational database management systems (SQL, PLSQL).

  • Knowledge of APIs and system integration techniques.

  • Hands‑on experience in workflow modelling tools and coding frameworks.

  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in system analysis or related field.

  • Proven experience in coding and scripting for system enhancements and workflow automation.

  • Familiarity with system workflows and process optimization techniques.
