Jubilee Insurance Senior Medical Claims Manager Jobs in Kenya

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related discipline).

Additional certifications in claims management, insurance, or related fields preferred.

Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on claims management.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer‑focused mindset and commitment to service excellence.

Attention to detail and accuracy in a high‑volume claims environment.

Strong decision‑making and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership in medical claims management.

Oversee claims processing, verification, and settlement in line with company policies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Develop and implement claims management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Lead, mentor, and supervise claims staff to achieve departmental objectives.

Prepare and present claims performance reports to senior management.

Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, regulators, and stakeholders.
