Jubilee Insurance Sales Manager - Nairobi Jobs in Kenya



The Sales Manager; will supervise and coordinate all aspects of a Unit sales workstream in a Jubilee Life Branch. The role involves developing strategies and leading initiatives to grow sales productivity, headcount, training, recruitment, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the Unit’s new business sales budget in terms of number of policies and annualized premium.

  • Meet Unit’s business retention and persistency ratios.

  • Source, recruit, and train a team of Financial Advisors to meet resource complement requirements.

  • Ensure Financial Advisors meet set targets in new business production and persistency ratios.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders to access markets and deliver sales presentations in corporate entities, check‑off institutions, or field campaigns.

  • Supervise, motivate, and assist Financial Advisors to achieve KPIs by setting targets and evaluating performance regularly.

  • Promote Jubilee Life Insurance products and services to new and existing clients, positioning the brand in the region.

    Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum age of 25 years.

  • Degree or Diploma with at least Grade C‑ (Minus) in KCSE.

  • Professional qualification – Diploma or Certificate in Insurance Certification (COP).

  • Current registration with IRA.

  • Minimum one (1) year experience in Sales Management or two (2) years as a successful Sales Agent.

  • Certification in Sales Management and IT skills will be an added advantage.
