Jubilee Insurance Sales Intern - Mombasa Jobs in Kenya


[The Sales Intern will distribute Jubilee Life solutions and serve customers introduced to the company. The role involves product training, prospecting, client servicing, and achieving sales targets while upholding the company’s brand and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend product and skill training organized by Jubilee Life to understand company products and distribution methods.

  • Prospect in the market and present Jubilee products to prospective customers.

  • Solicit and procure business on behalf of the company.

  • Service clients and convey all information received from them to the company.

  • Uphold the image and brand of Jubilee Life Insurance.

  • Achieve new business sales budget in terms of Number of Policies (NOPs), Annualized Premiums (ANP), Persistency, and Gross Written Premiums (GWP) for both new and renewal business.

  • Attend all meetings called by Jubilee sales management for training, supervision, motivation, and market deployment.

  • Comply with industry code of conduct, company regulations, and relevant laws governing the trade.

    Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years.

  • Graduate, Diploma, or Certificate holder.

  • Minimum Grade C‑ (Minus) in KCSE.

  • IT and digital skills.

  • Self‑driven, positive attitude, disciplined, and a go‑getter.
