Requirements

Academic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any business‑related field.

Professional Experienced in insurance sales.

Competency Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Personal Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and ready to hustle.

Professional Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Sales.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Retail Health Insurance Products within partner banks.

Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers.

Generate quality leads and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Drive business growth through effective relationship management.

Turn conversations into opportunities and opportunities into results.
