Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, or related field.

  • Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Insurance.

  • Valid IRA licence.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance, preferably Bancassurance.

  • Strong skills in prospecting, sales pipeline management, reporting, and public speaking.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
