Jubilee Insurance Agency Manager - Nakuru Jobs in Kenya

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train and manage insurance agents.

Drive sales growth through broker and agent networks.

Develop and implement business development strategies.

Monitor agent performance and provide coaching.

Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.

Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

Prepare and present regular performance reports.

Achieve set sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Health Insurance Broker Management.

Business‑related degree or relevant experience.

Diploma in Insurance / COP.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

High integrity and professionalism.
