The Main Responsibilities of the Role Include:

Accountable for effectively managing the day-to day operations and financial performance of the retail business.

Actively building and maintaining customer relationships as well as seeking new business opportunities.

Empowering and inspiring their team to maintain and grow strong long-term customer relationships.

Continuously searching for new innovative ways of improving the success of the business.

Proactively searching for incredible people to join the team.

Have a thorough understanding of our workwear solutions; ensuring their team is also fully aware of our full product and service offering.

Ensure all our products are always well stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.

Oversee that all customer orders are processed brilliantly with outstanding orders kept to a minimum.

Ensuring there is always effective communication with all customers on everything related to their orders and quotations.

Available to work on weekends when required.

The Experience We’re Looking for:

Business development/customer relations experience.

Has lead a high-performance team of 20 team members or more effectively.

Highly proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel, Word, Outlook

Experience with the Syspro ERP system preferable.
