Jodan College of Technology is a leading Technical Business and Hospitality training Institution its subsidiary-Jordan Driving School - is a No.1 driving school.

The two institutions, located within Thika Town, offer modernized, client-centered training in a serene learning environment.
In accordance with our governance structure, we wish to announce a vacancy for a College Dean of Students. .

The duties and responsibilities for the position are as listed below

• In charge of overall students' academic and welfare matters.

• Coordination of admissions and residential programmes.

• Students’ Emergency liaison and support

• Handling discipline-related processes and procedures

• Monitoring of attendance and follow-up of absentee students

• Provision of career guidance and counseling services to students

• Assisting the Principal in administrative and management duties

Requirements

• The applicant should be at holder of a bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Strategic Management or Educaation, Holders of a master's degree will have an added advantage.

• At least 10 years teaching experience, 5 of which in an administrative position preferably at a technical colleges, with demonstrable high level of performance, leadership, planning and reporting skills.

• Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission
