Restaurant Group Operations Manager position available in Gauteng.

Candidates must have 6+ years’ experience in a franchise / group Restaurant environment at head office level.

The main duties of the operations manager will include making sure that all stores are maintaining set brand standards and service levels.

The suitable candidate will be very proficient in time management, quality control and problem solving.

Extensive knowledge of all aspects of a Restaurant required including, stock management, staff management & training, costings and marketing.

Applicants must have strong communications and administrative skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Must be hands on, have own car and must be willing to travel in Jhb & Pta. Can only consider candidates with experience in multiple store management.

Will be expected to work evenings and weekend when required.

Salary CTC between R 30 & 40 K per month.
