Job & Company Description:

  • A well-established and growing supplier of petroleum products seeks a young and innovative Order Administrator to join their hardworking finance team in Pretoria East.

  • Duties include, but not limited to get orders in and liaise with suppliers, pro forma invoices and related duties and all administrative tasks involved in the process.

  • The successful incumbent will be someone who is knowledgeable in the full invoicing function and who possess good problem solving skills.

  • This position requires an incumbent who will be willing to work long hours and weekends, when need be.

    Education:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification

    Job Experience & Skills Required:

  • 3 to 4 years'' experience in a finance department

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans

  • Strong computer literacy

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to successfully manage several different tasks simultaneously

  • Financial acumen

  • Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

  • Team player
