Job Description

  • Main purpose of this role will be to provide admin support to Operations Director.

  • Successful candidate will be responsible for typing, filing, assisting Operations Secretary with arranging of weekly meetings, preparing documentation for meetings, refreshments, etc.

  • You will also be assisting with all ad-hoc admin tasks as and when needed.

  • Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook experience, Good typing skills, well groomed and have good organisational skills
