Job Description Energetic, Hardworking & experienced Internal Sales Consultant to join the team.
The ideal Candidate should have previous Power Tools Sales experience, have an outgoing personality with Customer Satisfaction being number one priority.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate's responsibilities include, but not limited to: Handle enquiries from customers, both internal & external, & action to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Do quotations as requested by customers & follow up on outstanding quotes.
Able to ascertain the needs of the customer & give effective & efficient customer service.
Ensure that the customer experience makes the business a preferred supplier to customers.
Communicate accurately & timeously with strict time frames.
Maintain good relationships with the business & customer base.
Plan & co-ordinate the internal sales efforts to achieve & exceed the sales targets, Provide feedback to management on customers & market information. Commit to mastering your knowledge of the applications, features & benefits of the products stocked.
Educate the customer on the product range & be able to offer the customer a variety of products from our range, as a solution to his requirements (upselling)
Investigate new products & keep up to
date with new developments & products.
Process all sales on the invoice system, process payments.
Do daily cash-ups and ensure the accuracy thereof.
Telephonic sales & customer queries must be handled in a professional & efficient manner.
Must participate in new product launches, promotions, shows, demonstrations & training as required by the company.
Education / Skills / Experience:
Grade 12 / Matric.
Must have a sales qualification.
Previous experience in and a working knowledge of power tools will be to the applicants advantage.
Fluent in Afrikaans & English.
Must have previous experience in Retail Sales.
Must be Computer literate in all MS Office Products.
Meticulous attention to detail, and be able to work fast & accurately.
Must have strong self discipline, be self motivated & able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Driver's license & own transport a must.
Personality:
Have a passion for DIY, Hardware , Power Tools & Woodwork.
Confident, dynamic & outgoing personality.
Must be customer service orientated.
Be punctual, willing to work retail hours & overtime when required.
must be neat & presentable.
