Job Description

Our client is seeking a candidate that has a sound understanding of a production/ manufacturing environment with 10 years working experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, Printing or Retail sectors.

Experience in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing is essential to be considered for the role.

You will be required to oversee the health, safety, and environment aspects of the Group lead, develop and maintain Group SHE management programmes and systems.

Qualification, Knowledge and Experience

Tertiary Qualification in Safety, Health and Environment Management (or equivalent).

Experience in analysing performance measurements and implementing systems that have resulted in improvements.

Data analysis, interpretation and recommendations.

An in-depth understanding of and the ability to interpret SHEQ-related legislation, Company standards and programme requirements to pass on knowledge and requirements to others.

MS Office proficiency.

Analytical and mechanical aptitude and ability to extract technical information from expert sources.

Project Management skills & Presentation skills
