Job Description

  • My client is an employer of choice, with various committed companies within their group operating across the South African market.

  • For almost half a century they have been a renowned manufacturer and supplier to various high performing organizations.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts and advising managers about the financial implications of business decisions to aid company blooming and profits.

    Duties:

  • Oversee the duties of the accounting team.

  • Reconcile income statements.

  • Prepare monthly financial reports.

  • Control the master data of the general register.

  • Review and release online banking payments.

  • Prepare an expense budget report.

  • Manage the full financial process.

    Qualifications and Experience:

  • BCom Accounting Degree + Honours

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience within a similar role

  • Accurate decision making

  • Reporting

  • Experience within the manufacturing industry (Non-negotiable)

    Skills:

  • Advanced Excel Knowledge

  • Accuracy and an eye for detail.

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
