Job Description

Review and manage debtor and creditor control

Preparation of group invoices

Oversee and manage financial accountants to ensure accurate and complete financial records

Review accounting records and monthly reconciliations

Maintain fixed asset register

Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met

Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year end close

Preparing monthly financial management reports for subsidiaries and group (Consolidation)

Preparing and managing of annual budgets and cashflows

Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

Manage Monthly payroll

Processing payments

Monthly statutory, bi-annual and annual returns (e.g. VAT, EMP201, UIF, provisional tax returns, etc)

Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
