  • A well established accounting firm seeks a driven and passionate Accountant to join their team based in Pretoria East.

  • The purpose of this position will be to oversee and own the finance function.

  • Duties include, but not limited to full finance function and reporting, payroll processing, statutory returns, tax planning, calculations and submissions, preparation of AFS, preparation of management accounts and budgets and management of cashflow, to name but a few.

  • Please note this position will be based in the accounting firm and above duties will be for a variety of clients. If you are passionate and commited to the accounting firm, you are invited to apply for this role.

    Education:

  • BCom qualification in Finance / Accounting

    Job Experience & Skills Required:

  • Completed SAIPA / SAICA articles are essential for this role

  • Advanced knowlegde of MS Excel is essential

  • Must have own reliable vehicle and drivers'' license as traveling to clients will be a requirement for this role

  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English

  • Financial acumen

  • Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

  • Team player
