Job Description

Requirements:

Bcom Accounting/ Finance

6-8 Years experience

Must come from a multinational and a shared services environment

JDE Edwards and HFM (Hyperion)

Duties:

Receive and capture journals in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

Monthly reconciliation and administration of general ledger accounts for Shared Services

Monthly reconciliation of HUB accounts

Maintain and manage Shared Services accruals

Ensure all HUB account confirmations are performed timeously

Check and verify petty cash on hand and accruals monthly

Accurate and timeous reporting in Hyperion

Perform all budgets and outlooks

Manage budget and administrate expenses;

Manage and maintain all contracts

Check and compile monthly statutory reports (VAT Return) for multiple divisions

Review Cashbook input on monthly basis

Attend to audit queries as and when required; and perform ad hoc duties as and when required within reasonable job scope.
