Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations/Mass Communication/Journalism/ Photography/or relevant area from recognized Institution with five (5) years’ experience at Grade 9 or equivalent position.
OR

Master’s degree in relevant area with five (5) years’ experience at Grade 9 or equivalent position.
