Bachelor’s degree with a bias in Procurement /Supplies Management from a recognized institution with at least five (5) years’ experience in Grade 7
OR

Higher National Diploma with a bias in Procurement / Supplies Management with five (5) years experience in Grade 7

All applicants must be registered with the relevant professional body
