Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in any business‑related field.

  • KCSE Mean Grade of C Plain, with at least a C in Mathematics.

  • Motorcycle riding skills.

  • Prior experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage.

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV).

  • KCSE and College/University Certificates.

  • Recommendation Letter(s) from previous employer(s).

    Key Responsibilities

  • Market the company’s products and services.

  • Recruit and register new clients.

  • Train, manage, and advise clients.

  • Issue loans, collect repayments, and conduct loan appraisals.

  • Deliver excellent customer service.

  • Follow up on loan defaults.

  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
