Responsibilities

Present, promote, and sell to existing and prospective customers.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships with Jiji clients.

Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members and other departments on sales efforts.

Stay updated on Jiji services, new features, and best practices to boost sales.

Continuously improve sales skills through feedback and learning initiatives.

Requirements

Highly motivated and target‑driven with proven sales track record.

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Previous telesales experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Relationship management skills.

Degree/Diploma in any field.
