Requirements for Appointment

  • Direct (field) sales experience, preferably in FMCG (fast‑moving consumer goods).

  • Experience in customer‑facing roles (direct sales, customer service) with proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Fluency in Luganda and good English communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; proactive, approachable, and able to build relationships across diverse backgrounds.

  • Desire for continuous learning and growth, with a resilient “never give up” attitude.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Comfort with financial calculations and analysis.

  • Problem‑solving mindset; proactive in identifying and testing solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills; able to plan and execute tasks effectively.

  • Ability to influence team members and ensure required outcomes.

  • Capability to represent the Jibu brand to external stakeholders (visitors, potential investors, etc.).
