Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible in managing HR guardian role for 120-150 operators in the production floor.

  • Maintaining bus capacity records and the actual workers in each buses and reporting at the end of each Month for the management

  • Conducting monthly driver meeting and maintain records

  • Maintaining valid bus files, for each bus.

  • Follow up overtime transport and taking records how many employees are working overtime and the transport allocated and reporting for the HRM

  • Maintaining per head cost for transport

  • lunch & Breakfast checking, monitoring, follow ups, Identifying issues and taking immediate action

  • daily checking, the quality & quantity of the food status, collecting feedback from the employee, canteen cleaning, plate arrangement and other canteen related

  • Conducting food committee meeting.

  • Identifying food related issues and addressing by discussion with the management particularly with HRMS.

  • After conducting food committee meeting providing practical answers and displaying to the notice board and maintain files.

  • Maintaining security file and attendance

  • Follow of the training mainly basic security training and C-TPAT training for that maintaining records and files including content of training attendance and pictures of participants.

  • Maintaining security personnel files including valid police certificate.

  • Security safety materials follow ups.

  • Monitoring workers transport attendance

  • Conducting monthly workers council meeting and maintaining records.

  • Perform any additional task given by superiors.

    Job Requirements

  • A minimum of BA degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Management or related fields and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in factory level with Employees Service transport management experience is more preferable.
