JASBEL Energy Site Safety & Administration Officer Jobs in Kenya

Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Occupational Safety & Health or related field.

  • Certification in Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA, NEBOSH or KPSF Safety training) highly desirable.

    Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in HR, administration or safety roles, preferably in construction or industrial projects.

  • Practical experience in site safety, labour management and administrative coordination.

  • Experience supervising site housekeeping and security personnel an advantage.

    Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies and safety regulations in Kenya.

  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently on site and manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic HR software.

  • Problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
